Our rice is after koshihikari variety, and is grown in Funahashi-mura.
Rice is part of the Traditional Japanese diet, and we very much treasure it. We use ancient Japanese fermented seasonings in our dishes. Our specialty is miso soup with sake lees and many vegetables.
