There are two types of ramen at MEN MIZUNO.Chicken Ramen in soy sauce with chicken broth and Chicken Paitan Ramen in cloudy soup. The soup is based on seafood, chicken and vegetables. The noodles are made of Chinese noodles that do not contain alcohol such as sake spirit. "Tori (Chicken) Gara Shoyu" and "Tori (Chicken) Paitan" are all Muslim-friendly ramen noodles that contain no pork and no alcohol.
