"Daimon Somen" is a hand-rolled somen noodle that has been made in the Daimon district of Tonami City, Toyama Prefecture for more than 160 years(formerly Tonami-gun Daimon). It has a rounded shape and length that is rare in Japan. You can enjoy seasonal dishes and Daimon somen noodles cultivated by our ancestors in this rural area.
